Established in 2013, we have quickly gone from strength to strength and continue to grow.


We are looking for an experienced Sales Ledger/Credit controller to join our finance department for a minimum of 5 weeks with a vue to extension on a week to week basis.


  • Processing and raising of sales invoices & credit notes
  • Monitor & chase in client contract documentation
  • Resolve any invoicing queries
  • Posting cash daily and allocating to the sales ledger
  • Dealing with queries in a timely manner
  • Running debtors' reports
  • Assisting with general ledger nominal reconciliations to ensure accuracy of the balance sheet
  • Allocating daily credit card receipts to ensure accuracy of invoicing and assisting with monthly analysis
  • Desirable Skills:
  • Enthusiastic, with a good work ethic
  • Team Player
  • Experience in accounts receivable
  • Confident with strong communication skills, experience dealing with customers' ideal
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
  • MS Office knowledge and experience
  • Strong Excel user with the ability to manipulate data in spreadsheets and use standard formulas
  • Location: Preston (current Bamber Bridge but potential relocation to New Office in the next few weeks to the Larches Preston)
  • Hours of work Monday
  • Friday 37.5 hours

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract


Salary:
£12.50-£12.82 per hour
