Your focus

Working directly for the CEO and supporting the wider executive team, this greenfield Head of Strategy and M&A role provides an exciting opportunity to demonstrate the very best of strategic planning and implementation.

This position will not only shape and lead the corporate strategy plans but will work across varied areas from organisational design, mergers and acquisitions to developing sound plans based on competitive and market research.

About you
To be effective in this role, we envisage you will:

Have proven strategic consulting experience
Be degree qualified with an MBA (preferable)
Have knowledge in the energy market with a specific focus on hydrogen
Have a global focus, able to take an active lead in possible mergers and acquisition activities
Carry out market and competitive intelligence research, including regulatory and financial matters
Be capable of effectively influencing a range of stakeholders, not least able to prepare compelling board reports
Have managed teams in a collaborative, resultsdriven manner
Have excellent communication and influencing abilities, analytical thinking and a solution driven approach

It will be advantageous if you have previous experience within an EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) environment.
