Career Teachers are looking to recruit a Teacher of Maths to join a culturally diverse and comprehensive 11-16 Manchester secondary school.


If you are an inspirational teacher and team player, with the passion, creativity and drive to maintain the very highest of standards in the department, we would be delighted to hear from you.

The vacancy is suitable for an Early Career Teacher / NQT or someone looking to broaden their teaching experience.


To be successful, you will need:

  • To be an outstanding and passionate teacher of Maths
  • A teaching qualification e.g. PGCE, B.Ed, GTP
  • Previous experience of teaching Maths to KS3 and KS
  • Be energetic and committed to contributing fully to a successful department.
  • To inspire and motivate pupils' to fulfil their potential
  • To be a committed team player
  • Good communication skills
  • A proactive approach to work
  • Ability to engage and inspire pupils
  • To be committed to inclusion and to ensure that no child is left behind


The post is an exciting opportunity for the successful applicant to teach and work within a team of highly motivated and inspiring staff.
