Description
This is a full time, temporary position based in Liverpool City Centre.

The position itself will sit within the Credit Control team and will mostly involve providing essential support to the team with Finance Administration.

Description
The key responsibilities for this role on a day to day basis will include the following range of duties;

  • Maintenance of the finance software system
  • Generating Invoices
  • Resolving queries
  • Monitoring the shared team inbox
  • Producing letters, invoices and statements
  • Assisting the credit control officers to recover debt

Profile

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong telephone skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Previous experience in a similar position
