We are currently looking for a Senior Architect to join our clients, a highly successful and multidiscipline consultancy, in the Bristol area.

Working hours:

As a Senior Architect, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday.

The successful Senior Architect will be offered:

Salaries up to £50,000
25 days holiday entitlements increase by 1 day per annum after 3, 5 and 8 years

The Senior Architect role will involve:

Carry out feasibility studies and design proposals for review
Cooperate with other members of the design team and coordinate their output
Ensure design proposals conform to the latest building regulations and technical standards
Providing a practical and methodical approach to solving problems, working to fixed budgets and working within deadlines
Inspection of building work on site
Ability to work autonomously, designing and delivering projects with mínimal supervision

To be considered for the Senior Architect role you must have:

Strong design and technical skills
Strong 3D visualisation skills
Design Leadership, capable of leading multidisciplinary design teams
Significant postqualification experience in a similar role
Experience running jobs within commercial, healthcare and/or retail sectors
Experience in preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals
Knowledge of UK best practice standards
Proficiency in Revit is essential to the role.
