Role Requirements:_

NEBOSH and NRSWA Supervisor accreditation

Previous experience as a SHEQ Advisor in the utilities or highways industry

Excellent communication skills

_Responsibil_ _ities:
_
Liaise with site staff and management within the division to meet contract and business needs and objectives reporting to the SHEQ Manager

Assist management and contract teams with health, safety, quality, and environmental issues

Assisting with risk assessment and risk management

Make sure the Division Safety Management System is fit for purpose

Assist with incident investigations and provide expert advice on root causes

Make sure resources are available to Supervisors and Managers, including appropriate documentation and training
