Aesthetic Clinic Co-ordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen within this luxurious Aesthetics clinic in Central London for a highly organised and personable individual to undertake the role of Front of House / Clinic Co-ordinator.

As the first point of contact for this highly reputable clinic, you will be responsible for greeting all visitors, ensuring that all required paperwork is completed and securely filed for all patients, whilst facilitating the best possible customer journey.

This is a varied role requiring a proactive person to effectively manage the diary for practitioners and encourage repeat and new bookings, so experience within a similar environment would be advantageous.

There is a strong focus on organisational skills and the ability to forward plan is key - forward booking appointments.

Supporting the Aestheticians and the Clinic Manager, you will also be responsible for ensuring treatment rooms are prepared and cleared throughout the day.

Hours can be discussed, but core hours are 12noon - 7pm Mon-Wed and every or every other Saturday.

We are happy to consider full time hours also which may include scope to work from home a day or two per week.

Salary FTE £26k + commission
