We are seeking to recruit a proactive, enthusiastic and confident team member who can provide excellent organisational skills, sound advice and the ability to write clear minutes and succinct reports.

You will act as a Quality Officer for the on-going cycle of departmental reviews and course approvals and provide support for designated committees, as required.

Training and support will be provided.

We are based in a busy, friendly office in Worcester city centre, close to the train and bus stations.

This is an excellent development opportunity for someone who wishes to develop their career profile in academic professional services. The role is varied and involves working with colleagues from across the University both online and via on-campus meetings.


From 1 August 2023, the salary range for this role will increase to £25,138 - £28,759, with the opportunity to progress to £30,488.
