Description

We are currently recruiting for a new HRIS position with our client, a leading Global law firm in the City.


They are seeking to hire a Senior HRIS Manager on a full-time, permanent basis in their London office and hybrid working arrangements are in place (3 days per week in the office, 2 remote).


Working as part of the Global HRIS team, the new hire will be in charge of the smooth performance and enhancement of the firms' HR systems and associated data processes.

This will involve leading a team of functional and technical specialists, defining,managing, and improving operational standards, best practices, and performance indicators.

There are 3 direct reports and 7 indirect reports in the team.

Suitable applicants will have managerial experience gained from within a similar role in a professional services environment


To include:
a deep understanding of HR Operations services, HCM systems experience, experience of working internationally and adrive for growth.

A competitive salary range of £90-110K is on offer, plus an excellent benefits package.
