Our client, a leading charity is currently looking for a Clinical Liaison Executive to join their team in London on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a hybrid position, working 2 days a week in the office and 3 days from home.


As a Clinical Liaison Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational management of the assistance programme for the charity.


We are seeking an experienced Clinical Liaison Executive with a Psychotherapy qualification and a passion for transforming lives through therapeutic services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting ongoing monitoring and evaluation of EAP and ancillary services
  • Fostering regular liaison and consultation with the clinical team at the thirdparty clinical provider
  • Providing dedicated support and training to EAP clients
  • Maintaining comprehensive internal documentation

Requirements:


  • Recognised qualification in Psychotherapy (BACP or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in Clinical Services and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
  • Strong understanding of therapeutic interventions and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
