Description

A superb full time daily nanny role has become available in Radlett, Hertfordshire.

There is also the possibility that this could be a live in role (Monday-Friday only) with a spacious double bedroom with en suite shower room on offer.

The family can also provide exclusive access to a separate lounge to watch TV, etc in the evenings).

You will provide sole charge care for a little boy aged three and a little girl aged one. The little boy attends nursery for four days each week.

The parents are looking for long-term Level 3 qualified nanny with at least two years of experience in a similar role.

The ideal nanny would be kind and nurturing, as well as firm but fair, happy and fun, flexible and reliable, with a 'muck in' attitude, enabling them to fit into their happy family unit.

The parents are keen for their children to learn in a balance way with plenty of fun, stimulating and educational activities on offer each day including to get the little boy developmentally ready to start school.

Working knowledge of EYFS would be advantageous.

As well as indoor activities such as imaginary play, games, arts and crafts, music and singing, the parents like the children and their nanny to get out and about and attending groups, play dates with their friends.

Also trips to the park and zoo to get plenty of fresh air, keeping the children happy and safe at all times.

As the family employ a weekly cleaner, this role will include nursery duties only.

As well as the general welfare of the children, these duties will include:

children's laundry, wardrobe management, keeping the children's areas organised and tidy and making sure the little boy has everything he needs for nursery the following day.

You will also provide healthy and nutritious meals and snacks each day, batch cooking when possible so that there is plenty of food for the parents to give to the children at the weekend.

You should be able to adapt recipes to suit any dietary requirements. Help with light housework to help keep the house running smoothly would be appreciated.

In order to carry out the nursery run and to get to other activities, you should be a careful and confident driver, with a clean licence.

There is a fully insured duty car to use during the day.

You will receive 20 days annual holiday, plus UK bank holidays and also the days between Christmas and New Year.
