Business Overview

Data & Analytics Solutions (DAS) within Data Platform & Solutions(DP&S) pillar of Technology & Operations is responsible for data stewardship, technical configurations, day-to-day user support and overall client experience of Aladdin's Data and Analytics enterpriseplatform - a utility-grade data factory & service toolkit that meets the diverse needs of the Aladdin community.

The team partners with operations, engineering and AI Labs to enable platform transformation, grow the enterprise data asset catalog, develop institutionaldata domain knowledge, enhance data quality intelligence, expand data solutions capabilities and implement new clients and businesses onto the platform.

Through direct engagement and partnership with vendors and the business, the team helps ensure our DP&Sorganization continues to improve the client experience and business values in the evolving market while undergoing ground-breaking changes

Role Description

The Client Enablement Chapter ("CE") is responsible for the technical configuraton required to onboard new clients to Aladdin's Data & Analytics enterprise platform as well as facilitating updates to the operating environment for current users.

The team interactswith partners to understand business process needs to design & build solutions that are scalable, repeatable and integrated with various data sources to meet enterprise-wide self-service needs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Own daytoday configuration requirements of new and existing clients on our Data & Analytics Platform includes things like plotting key breakthroughs, handling action items, coordinating with partner departments, etc.
  • Design and promote Analytic & Reporting solutions that are customizable to meet clients' needs but are also deployed in Aladdin in an automated, scalable manner
  • Gain an indepth knowledge of Aladdin functionality to ensure clients take full advantage of the suite of Aladdin capabilities.

Skills:


  • 23 years in a highly analytical role in a technology or financial services setting
  • Ability to multitask and manage crossdepartmental projects in a fastpaced environment
  • Relentless desire for understanding how processes work. Creativity in solving unconventional problems, entrepreneurial drive to learn new skills and technologies
  • Strong critical thinking and demonstrable experience using technology to solve problems at scale
  • Outstanding academic achievement, degree in business, computer science, economics, finance, mathematics or other quantitative field of study.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts simply and clearly
  • Programming experience in Java, Perl, or Python is a plus, but not required
