Customer Service Representative

As a member of our Customer Service Team, you will play a key role creating the best possible experience for our customers.

You will deliver excellent customer service with every interaction, whether it be taking an order, enquiry or more complex request.


Core Responsibilities

  • Contacting customers via telephone to communicate any issues with orders or delivery.
  • Liaising with relevant departments to resolve issues on orders raised by customers and effectively communicating the outcome to the customer.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to ensure all customer queries are answered in a timely and accurate manner. There will be plenty of tastings and samples to help you along
  • Identify customer buying patterns to increase spend where possible by building up relationships with customers.

What we are looking for

  • Experience of customer service role with some sales.
  • Effective communication skills with a professional but friendly telephone manner.
  • Methodical, problemsolving skills with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to work within a fast paced, engaging environment where multitasking is key.
  • Able to adapt to change and be flexible in approach with a cando attitude to resolve situations.
  • Experience in Sage software programmes would also be helpful.
  • Knowledge of the Fine food Sector would be advantageous.

Important Information

Job Type:
Full Time and Part Time positions available.

Monday - Friday Between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm
