Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Claims Administrator for our client based in Burntwood, Staffordshire.

This is a permanent role.


Duties will include:

  • Effectively handle all incoming calls in a professional manner, maintaining an excellent customer relationship.
  • Book customer appointments for site visits, subsequent job commencement, etc.
  • Coordinate project start dates ensuring accurate communication.
  • Organise and effectively plan the deployment of the workforce.
  • Booking supplementary agency workers as and when required.
  • Maintain daily diary.
  • Book accommodation and hire equipment as required including parking and tolls.
  • Raise all Purchase Orders.
  • Communicate with Project Managers on all current projects.
  • Check all paperwork has been completed in accordance with company procedures.
  • Ensure information is recorded against the correct project reference.
  • Ensure all filing and other adhoc duties are carried out as required.

Requirements:

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

£23000 per annum.
