Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Claims Administrator for our client based in Burntwood, Staffordshire.This is a permanent role.
Duties will include:
- Effectively handle all incoming calls in a professional manner, maintaining an excellent customer relationship.
- Book customer appointments for site visits, subsequent job commencement, etc.
- Coordinate project start dates ensuring accurate communication.
- Organise and effectively plan the deployment of the workforce.
- Booking supplementary agency workers as and when required.
- Maintain daily diary.
- Book accommodation and hire equipment as required including parking and tolls.
- Raise all Purchase Orders.
- Communicate with Project Managers on all current projects.
- Check all paperwork has been completed in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure information is recorded against the correct project reference.
- Ensure all filing and other adhoc duties are carried out as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge with all Microsoft Packages

£23000 per annum.
