We are currently looking for an Administrator
in Crew, United Kingdom to provide a professional administration service to the Crewe Business Unit, including the management of the exec team's diary and the arrangement of meetings. Cover for Office Manager/Personal Assistant to Business Leader.**
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reception duties, including answering of main telephone line, post, dealing with visitors and the co
- ordination and distribution of Management movement list.
- Developing/Supporting Site CSR Activities
- Placing of NPR Purchase orders and the execution of requests into the business. Raise RFQ for indirect materials. Invoice reconciliation.
- Supporting HR Process/Reviews
- General Administration duties, including typing, arranging travel, processing expenses, filing, coordination of ICSR's, cover for Time and Attendance and any ad hoc requests as appropriate.
Your experience and qualifications:
- Computer Literate
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Adaptable to Change
- Ability to deal with pressure and meet deadlines
