Credit Control Assistant

Northolt, Middlesex

£25,000 + Pension

This growing local employer are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Credit Control Assistant with a good customer service skills to join their busy team of professionals.

Some of your duties will include:

Managing client accounts and minimising the risk of bad debt by monitoring payments received
Raising sales invoices and credit notes on a weekly basis and posting onto accounts systems
Allocating payments received by cheque and BACS onto clients' accounts and preparing banking documentation
Agreeing repayment terms with clients when needed and ensuring they are adhered to
Calculating retrospective volume and settlement discounts and issuing to clients on a monthly basis
