Job Title:

Care Solicitor Ark Search are currently recruiting for a well-regarded regional high street practice in West Yorkshire who are looking for a Childcare Solicitor to join them on a permanent basis due to expansion.


Duties will include:

  • Managing own caseload of childcare matters
  • Conducting own advocacy at hearing and instructing counsel where required
  • Dealing with supervision orders, emergency protection orders and care orders
  • Supervising junior members of staff
This role can be either on a full time or part time basis. There is also the option of hybrid working.


Salary:
£40k - £60k DOE
