- arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
- maintaining and updating customer databases
- organising events such as conferences, seminars and exhibitions
- supporting the sales & marketing teams
- following up quotes and payment of invoices
Experience you need
- Proven experience in an administration role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Computer skills especially with Microsoft Office packages.
- High standard of written communication.
- Confident and articulate manner in dealing with customers by telephone.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work to changing priorities & tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to work in an autonomous role coupled with the ability to plan and organise workload effectively and balance working in a team environment.

Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
