What you'll do
- liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations
- contribute to and develop digital marketing projects and campaigns
- managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters
- writing and proof reading
- liaising with designers and printers
- arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
- maintaining and updating customer databases
- organising events such as conferences, seminars and exhibitions
- supporting the sales & marketing teams
- following up quotes and payment of invoices

Experience you need

  • Proven experience in an administration role.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Computer skills especially with Microsoft Office packages.
  • High standard of written communication.
  • Confident and articulate manner in dealing with customers by telephone.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work to changing priorities & tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work in an autonomous role coupled with the ability to plan and organise workload effectively and balance working in a team environment.
