Our client is a highly successful commercial property organisation who own and manage an extensive portfolio of mixed used properties throughout the UK.

They now have a unique opportunity, for a HEAD OF FACILITIES to join their thriving business, located in Chorley.

As Head of Facilities within the business, your role will be primarily to strategically manage the facilities management delivery across the portfolio of approx.

90 sites within the company.

You should plan, manage and implement processes and procedures to ensure deadlines are met and ensures that the team maintains a high-quality standard of service delivery to the client.

Strategize a robust quoting process that gives clear and transparent pricing for contract and ad-hoc services and to ensure that FIFM provides a safe, comfortable and operational working environment for all clients in respect of Health & Safety, services and welfare facilities and to protect the value of the company's property portfolio through essential asset & building management and M&E maintenance.

Ensure profit margins are maintained and maximised where possible.

Ensure all monthly compliance audits are carried out by the RFM's on time and action points raised are also completed.

Highlighting all critical issues to the Senior Management Team (SMT)

Effective planning, operational and contract administration procedures leading to the provision of high-quality, cost-effective projects and services.

Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline Regional Facilities Managers as required.

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.

Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Ensuring key performance indicators are in place and production targets are met.

Implementation of any new policies and procedures relating to the production process.

Ensuring that communication between departments is ongoing and utilised to maintain an environment of continuous improvement.

We are looking for a commercially aware Head of Facilities who is able to lead and develop the department through expansion and change.

Our client is offering a lucrative package of £ £75000 basic salary plus £5000 car allowance and bonuses.
