Derby (Hybrid)

£21, OTE £33,000.00)

Macildowie are pleased to be working with a leading services business within the
Derby area.

Our client is actively looking for their next addition to join the wider sales team as a
Customer Care Coordinator.


This is a
permanent position offering
Hybrid work (3 days office, 2 days from home).
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm


Role & Responsibilities:


  • Making outbound calls to existing customers to identify further business opportunities.
  • Provide effective communication with all clients, whilst maintaining a highlevel of product knowledge.
  • Ensure all client information is kept confidentially and secure in line with the GDPR.
  • Adhoc administrative duties as required by the wider team.
  • Maintain contact spreadsheets and produce monthly reports on activity.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
  • Positive "cando" attitude
  • Polite, professional and confident telephone manners.
  • Engaging personality with the ability to build rapport with customers and advisors.
