Description

The Old Mill is a picturesque Wedding and Events Venue situated in West Berkshire; providing excellent service to customers and their guests.

Previous experience for this role is not essential and training can be provided.

Shifts are distributed on a 0-hour basis with a choice of weekdays, weekends and evenings available.

Access to own transportation is beneficial due to venue location.

Applications for those aged 16-17 will be considered, however, positions for this age group are limited at this time.

£ £11.50 / hour

Responsibilities:

Ensure an excellent standard of service and customer satisfaction is provided.
Work as part of a team, maintaining high standards of professionalism and performance.
Create a welcoming atmosphere, engaging with customers and reporting any issues or concerns to venue management.
Adhering to event requirements as informed by management.

Requirements:

A keen attention to detail in order to provide guests with a high standard of service.
Some knowledge of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages with an enthusiasm for the appearance and service of drinks. An understanding for varying drinks offered will evolve as experience increases.
Good customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and other members of the team.
Willing to work in a fastpaced environment and handle tasks alongside events team.
