Manual Handling and Hoist Trained Teaching Assistant - Greenwich South East London
Our lovely SEN school are looking for teaching assistants with manual handling or hoist trained experience. The school support students with PMLD, ASD and other SEN needs.


The students within the school require a high level of care throughout the day, you will support them with learning and education while using the school amazing sensory facilities.


  • Experience in manual handling and hoisting
  • Good sense of humour
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships
  • Excellent understanding of special education needs, in particular PMLD (profound and multiple learning difficulties).
  • Team Teach trained
  • Makaton and PEC's experience
The role is starting in January on a long term, full time basis.
