About the job


For the HR Administrator role we are offering a
competitive salary of £26,000 per annum in addition to a number of other benefits outlined below.

We are looking for a full time member of team working 37.5 per week hours over 5 days Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

  • Responsibility for new starter and induction paperwork, including issuing contracts of employment
  • Raising change to employment letters and recording these on the HR system
  • Assisting with recruitment and selection
  • Maintaining and developing the internal HR system, making sure records are up to date
  • Generating monthly reports on a variety of people related statistics
  • Maintaining the HR inbox, responding or escalating queries as required
  • Note taking and support at all HR related meetings
  • Assisting with the payroll process on a monthly basis
  • Drafting employee communications and maintaining the employee app
  • Involvement in wider HR related projects

Key skills and experience
Experience of the following would be beneficial, but not essential:

  • Experience in a similar role or environment would be desirable
  • CIPD level 3 or above would be desirable but not essential
  • Solid administration skills, organisation, time management and Microsoft Office skills
  • Confident in written and verbal communication is essential

Personal attributes

  • A passion for people is a essential in this role
  • Being happy in providing a support function to operational colleagues
  • A can do, positive attitude is essential for this role
