Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Our client is a multi-million turnover business unit with offices in the UK and US, recruiting into Software Sales/SAAS Markets.

They are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their team.

Benefits:

- £24,000 basic salary plus attractive uncapped commission structure with a realistic Year 1 OTE of £35,000

Requirements:

2.2 Degree or above
Over 6 months experience in a sales environment (e.g. call center, banking, telesales, estate agency, brokering, mobile phone shops, etc.)
Passionate about hitting targets and working in a highly competitive environment
Good communication skills
Determination, drive, ambition, energy and high levels of resilience

Responsibilities:

Proactively source top talent for live job roles
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Develop a deep understanding of the market and job roles
Take a proactive approach to business development
Work alongside a dedicated team of worldclass business development professionals
