£70 - £90 per day

Working in partnership with a local SEND School, specifically supporting children with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), we are looking to recruit for a Learning Mentor.


To start immediately on a long term ongoing basis, this opportunity can lead to temporary-to-permanent offers of work following success with the school.


What we are looking for:


  • People available full time for temporarytopermanent vacancies. Interviews or trial days will be organised following registration.
  • We are interested to hear from experienced Teaching Assistants.
  • You will have a working understanding of autism and experience, either personally or professionally of supporting children on the spectrum.
  • Professionals from a care background who have worked with children and young adults with ASC.

The following attributes are beneficial:


  • Experience working with social, emotional and mental health needs.
  • Experience working with SEND in a school setting.
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviour.
  • Good knowledge of autism.
  • Related qualifications.
