Description

The Clinical Quality Monitoring Officer will work as part of the Patients Safety Team for Birmingham and Solihull ICB.

This team, led by the Senior Clinical Quality Assurance Lead Clinical Lead, will ensure robust and effective systems and processes for monitoring the clinical quality and safety of care for continuing healthcare patients residing within commissioned care home placements across Birmingham.

In addition, this Team will also be responsible for monitoring the clinical quality and safety of care of patients who receive healthcare services within their own home which are delivered by commissioned community healthcare providers.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is enthusiastic, well organised and motivated with a good knowledge of care delivery within the nursing care home environment and an understanding of the type of NHS care received by patients.
