Internal Recruiter

  • Bristol City Centre
  • 6 month fixed term contract
  • Up to £33,000 p/a DOE

Daily duties include:


  • Managing all aspects of vacancy advertising across multiple media channels
  • Handling a range of queries and providing suitable advice to hiring managers
  • Managing internal databases and monitoring systems for recruitment
  • Working with key stakeholders on the planning and mapping of the workforce
  • Supporting with the implementation and development of recruitment plans
  • Facilitating and organising recruitment events such as virtual open days
  • Coordinating overseas recruitment campaigns with external agencies
  • Producing recruitment progress reports to reflect achievements against target, time, cost, quality, and quantity measurements

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
Up to £33,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bristol: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
