Description
The Administration side of the role is really varied and you will learn about lots of different products.

The reception element of the role is shared between the team - you will be responsible for all post, visitors and assist with ad hoc tasks related to this.

Both internal and external training is provided by our client. We're looking for a hard-working individual who thrives in a busy environment and can easily multitask. If you're an individual with strong customer service skills looking for a challenging role where no two days are the same, this role is for you

Hours:
Monday to Thursday Office based 9-5, home based Friday 9-4


Salary:
Up to £23,000 per annum


Duties:


  • Process and manage customer orders
  • Delivering great customer service
  • Investigating and resolving customer queries
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Using company IT systems
  • Reception duties
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service/Administration role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Experience in Shipping would be advantageous
