Role Summary:

The Project Document Controller produces and controls project technical documents, drawings and data.

Examines documents to verify completeness and accuracy of data, resolves discrepancies with document originators while aligning to the business needs whilst ensuring customer and regulatory requirements are upheld.

Job Core Responsibilities:

Ensures internal and external documentation deliveries align with project schedule requirements, deliverables and milestones. Ensuring On Time Delivery and Right First Time targets and other business objectives are achieved whilst maintaining required levels of quality and compliance

Adheres to customer and regulatory document specifications and ensures document quality meets internal and external customer expectations. Implement and maintain transmission data records for project data in accordance with national and international regulations and security aspects;
Administration of Data and Document tasks - Inc Document Numbering and Administration Requirements - Monitoring and reviewing accuracy of records


Transmitting documents internally and to client - managing the flow of documentation internally and externally through varying forms of Vender document schedules.

Builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication

  • 13 Years of experience in Administration_
  • Understanding of Document Control within a technical environment
  • Ability to read technical drawings would be very useful
  • Strong prioritization skills
  • Decision making skills
  • Wellorganized, detailoriented, and ability to multitask
  • Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
  • Ability to gather data to compile information.
  • Ability to research and analyze data effectively
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and webbrowsers
