Exciting opportunity for a ABS Structurer (VP/Director) to join an innovative fintech which is online financing platform focused on international trade.

London

Trade receivables, securitisation, origination, structuring, execution, investor relations

The Structuring desk spans investor/liability side (largely asset-backed) execution, financial product design and also originating/structuring/tailoring asset side trades.

They are keen to speak to people who currently work in (structured) banking, buyside (distressed or asset-backed), financial advisory, management consulting, as well as other RX platforms.

Ideal though would be someone who can plug into 'special situations'/corporate restructurings and actually has a client base/ecosystem they can plug straight into.
