Quality Improvement Project Support Officer

The Quality Improvement (QI) Project Support Officer is responsible for providing project support, coordination, and delivery as a member of the Continuous Improvement team.

The post holder will drive success of all the projects that are being worked on by supporting the project leads with updating project and programme plans, monitoring the project schedules / actions, identifying, and managing cost improvements and budget considerations, preparing progress reports, and liaising with key stakeholders.


The post holder will also be responsible for supporting the administration, organisation, and delivery of QI training, maintaining the QI training and development database as well as effective coordination and administration of the Strategy & Transformation Group.
