The post holder will have a passion for Quality Improvement, be proficient in the improvement science and have experience in delivering this in a business environment.

Previous NHS experience isn't a prerequisite and we would be considerate of clinical colleagues with experience.

Aligned to the delivery of the Trusts Quality and Safety Strategy and LUHFT's Improvement Plan, the post holder will have responsibility for facilitation and strategically important components of this.

The post holder will have the ability to create a culture and commitment to Quality Improvement throughout the Trust.
