Administrator/receptionist - London, United Kingdom - West London NHS Trust
Description
We are seeking a dynamic, welcoming, friendly, highly organised Administrator and Receptionist to support our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services at Hammersmith and Fulham CAMHS.
Your role will include dealing with queries from service users, relatives, other members of the public and professionals.You will also have an important role in helping the service to run efficiently in a busy and often demanding environment.
This role will involve frontline tasks, including dealing with visitors, telephone enquiries, booking rooms, making appointments, reception duties, data entry, and using the in-house IT systems.
To be successful in this role:
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- You will have a good telephone manner
- Computer literate and demonstrate good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- You will be able to work autonomously and as part of an effective team
- You will have excellent attention to detail
- Previous reception experience
The post holder will be required to work 37.5 hours a week from 9am - 5.00pm.
You must be able demonstrate the Trust values, the responsibilities of the job description and person specification.
