Sales Manager - Motorcycles
Our client is a highly recognised motorcycle brand with real heritage in the UK and internationally.
Additional job areas and responsibilities include:
- Applies a detailed understanding of sales strategy, plans and review processes to drive sales targets through weekly/ formal reviews, identify areas of improvements and improvise action plans.
- Applies detailed knowledge of various sales tools and systems and their specific usage at different parts of the sales cycle, to enhance impact and efficacy of the sales process at the dealer/ territory level.
- Works with distribution partners and applies knowledge of territory topography, area potential, local demographics and existing channel capabilities to co develop territory level network plans and identify need of expanding/ restructuring channel.
- Exhibits skills in assessing overall development needs of distributor structure, collating training needs identified and organizes and conducts relevant training programs to build channel capability.
- Applies detailed knowledge of related products to identify and develop the best products for the brand and manage the best route to market for our Client and their business partners.
