Baltic recruitment are looking for production operators for a global manufacturer supplier and developer.

Our client is looking for team players that they can rely on to quickly get up to speed and become competent in production methods with a can do attitude.

With a reputation of being an exciting place to work and grow, they now have production and manufacturing opportunities, with their world class manufacturing facility.

This role is a temp to perm contract.

Good attention to detail
Ability to carry out tasks and functions as requested by Team Leaders/Supervisors
Understanding the importance of working as team to achieve productivity standards
Flexible and adaptable approach to work
Be professional and possess a polite and positive attitude
Ability to interpret and balance a variety of feedback
Proven experience with an automotive and production environment would be advantageous.

Duties

Manufacturing products to high standards
Diagnosing problems and ensuring timely resolutions
Maintaining good housekeeping
Ensuring adherence to quality systems and procedures
Operating high tech production line equipment
Use of hand tools
Loading and unloading products

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
This role is a fantastic opportunity as it is an ongoing position.

Shifts:

Shifts will vary depending on the role you are interested in Day or night shifts available.
