Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Caretaker to join our team. As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility.


Duties:


  • Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
  • Empty trash and recycling bins
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
  • Assist with setting up for events or meetings as needed

Experience:


  • Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and carpet cleaners
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
