Passive Fire Project Manager - UK Wide Coverage, based out of Projects Office in Risley

Marlowe Fire & Security Group are the leading, and fastest growing Fire & Security company in the UK. Testament to the incredible work we do, our client base is ever-growing and for this purpose we are looking to appoint an additional PassiveFire Project Manager to support the Project Department in the delivery of assigned Installations across the UK ensuring a high standard and professional service at all times. Co-ordinating with the purchasing / engineering teams and client to ensure projectsare completed within the time frame allocated.


The Opportunity


The purpose of this role will primarily be to ensure all passive fire projects are delivered technically compliant, in budget and on time, whilst reviewing contract files for technical and contractual accuracy.


  • Monthly forecasting of assigned projects
  • Contract review of all project files via Sales order process system
  • Ensure projects are delivered on budget and on time as per monthly forecast
  • Responsible for Health and safety and quality compliance in line with Marlowe procedures
  • Self motivated, flexible, able to work away from home when required.
  • Have a formal qualification in passive fire industry.
  • An understanding of the British Standards & EN covering the areas of work.
  • Produce reports and offer advice and recommendations to clients.
  • Liaising with client and engineering teams and subcontractors monitoring key stage performance
  • Approval of handover paperwork from engineer & subcontractors through to close out
  • To attend site meetings when required
  • Any other duties commensurate with your skills and experience

Who we're looking for:


  • At least 3 years working as a Passive Fire industry
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent management and computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Customer focused with the ability to resolve customer queries
  • Be capable of working effectively under pressure in a deadline driven environment
  • Professional with excellent communication, admin and people skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • The ability to handle multiple priorities with a structured approach
  • Self motivated, proactive and enthusiastic
  • The ability to work independently and a desire to learn
