Description

My client are seeking x2 Chef De Parties to expand their kitchen team at the stunning coastal Hotel in Falmouth.

You would be overseeing all day to day running of your section and must be capable of working with an established team of chefs whilst reporting directly to the Head Chef.

As Chef De Partie you will be expected to organise your own prep, run your section during service and work elsewhere in the kitchen as directed by the Head Chef.

This is a full time permanent position offering an annual salary up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a share of the tips.
