Description
You will join the School's Student Experience Team as receptionist.

The Student Experience Team are responsible for all aspects of the student experience for the School's Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught students and contribute to the delivery of School wide operations related to the student experience.

You will work closely with the Student Experience Team Leaders, Student Experience Co-ordinators and academic colleagues.

As part of the team, you will have responsibility for reception of the School's Student Experience Office and provide frontline customer service to students, staff and visitors.


You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language, with excellent IT, communication and organisational skills.

Experience of Microsoft Office (including Outlook Calendar) is essential and experience of University IT systems and student experience type administration is highly desirable.
