YOUR ROLEOur high-profile customer, based in London NW10, is looking for an X-Ray Team Leader, where you will be a part of a crucial team who are committed to providing safety to our high-profile customer.

Within this important role, you will assess and screen high-level goods to prevent and mitigate any possible threats towards the safety of our site and our customer.

Making your difference in our security control, you will directly contribute towards the efficiency and effectiveness of the team and the operation.

You will use various screening technology, processes and procedures to screen packages and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
The shift pattern for this role is Monday to Friday 00:00 - 08:30 and 08:00 - 16:30- weekly rotating shift.-WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?During your induction period, we will provide you with the necessary training on how to:

Detect any potential threats.
Report said threats in line with company policy.
Safely operate machinery.
Manipulate Xray images.

Your day-to-day duties will involve:

Managing X-Ray Screening operators to ensure compliance throughout the operation.
Working with the Operations Managers to improve processes affecting order flows and efficiency throughout the operation.
Carrying out warehouse functions in line with company policies, procedures, and food hygiene guidelines.
Loading and unloading X-Ray scanner by hand.
Operating of xray machines and successful identification of any IEDs, IIDs, sharps and anything else which could be deemed as a threat.

You must also be comfortable working in a fast paced, high security environment.
