Want to work in one of Manchester's most vibrant, fast-growing tech businesses?My client an award-winning people management software company that is growing each year, with newly opened offices in Canada, New Zealand and Australia are looking for an experienced and well-rounded Web & CRO Specialist


As the Web and CRO specialist, you will act as the guardian and online product owner ensuring a best-in-class customer experience (CX), for both new and returning visitors, with intention to improve visitor to lead conversion and overall sales targets.

Youwill help to maintain and improve the overall website experience including its information architecture, on-page design to conversion points. You will inform other marketing channels of needs to support high web performance such as multi-media content needs.


You will maintain and manage the website for all areas including the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, managing all local requirements from language to legislation.


Skills & Experience

  • A datadriven and commercial mindset with knowledge of CRO, web design and UX principles to deliver user outcomes
  • Experience managing website CMS, basic HTML / CSS skills
  • Understanding of web tracking, A/B and MVT testing, ideally with hands on experience of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Optimize
  • Broad appreciation of digital and marketing influences (e.g. SEO, PPC, affiliates, DMs) and their impact on web performance
  • Experience with personalisation tools preferred (Optimizely, Interaction Studio)
  • Strong foundation in SEO
  • Digital writing (in particular landing page writing)
  • Figma, Miro
  • Excellent client communication skills
  • Excellent task management skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team is a must.
  • Enjoys working in a fastpaced team environment
