Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a CNC Operator on behalf of one of our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Programming schedules for the week ahead.
Helping to train employees to diversify skills in department.
Ironmongery Stores control.
CNC tooling supplies, working with purchasing to reduce spend.
Increase efficiency of department.
Corrective/Preventive action work with all departments to report and prevent wasted/down time.
Ensure maintenance is carried out correctly and on time.
Ensure Health and Safety practices are observed.
Any other reasonable duties that might be needed from time to time to assist the company in attaining its business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

Willingness to learn new skills
Previous experience with CNC Machines is essential
Ability to work on own initiative.
Attention to detail
