Due to a large increase in workload, we are currently recruiting a number of CNC Millers to join our prestigious client in Glasgow on a permanent basis.


The business are highly regarded as leaders in the design, manufacture, supply and service of equipment rotating equipment to a variety of industries including Nuclear, Oil and Gas and Power Generation.

Hours - Monday - Thursday Friday

All OT paid at premium rates - X1.5 Mon - Fri / x 1.66 Sat/Sun


Job Description:

  • Programme / Edit, set and Operate CNC Millers using Siemens/ Heidenhain controls machining both fabricated and cast components to fine tolerances
  • Aid where required in the fitting department
  • Overhead crane operating experience

Required Skills:


  • Timeserved with demonstrable experience programming/ Editing, setting and operating CNC Millers working to very tight tolerances.
  • The ability to read, understand and work to engineering drawings.
  • Experienced Programming, Setting and Operating using Siemens / Heidenhain/ Fanuc or Mazatrol controls
  • Must have experience working on a range of materials including 316 Stainless, Inconel, Brass and other exotic materials
