Recruitment Consultant/Senior Consultant

Nursing Team

Glasgow

Here at Search we have an exciting opportunity on a warm desk for an experienced Consultant to further develop our Nursing business across Scotland.

Currently a team of 9 based in Glasgow, Search Healthcare cover a range of different specialisms across the care sector and we are keen for someone to piggyback on these relationships and break new ground in nursing to expand our offering to our loyal and retainedclients.

You will have experience in recruitment, but could come from a perm background across other specialisms; with experience in working on specialist, qualified roles.

Whatever your specialism, we can provide a platform to catapult your career into Management (orto Business Director is billing is your bag), with the ability to build a team around you.

You would work closely with the existing nursing team, our Senior Divisional Manager and Associate Director to strategically map out the growth of the Nursing marketat a local and national level, being based in Glasgow but with the investment and vision to grow across the whole of Scotland.

With established clients to work with from day 1 you'll be best placed to build on existing relationships as well as developing newones

Skills required;:

Previous experience in recruitment is essential, but any specialisms are welcome
A real love of business development, with a hunger for making the most of opportunities both existing and new
Proactive, KPI driven and above all money motivated
Fun and adaptable the team work hard and play hard
