Are you an experianced Learning Support Assistant for your next long term role in Lincolnshire?


Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a lng-standing client in Lincolnshire, who are in need of a learning support assistant on a long term basis to work within their specialist provision unit.

This will start in Janaury and last until at leastthe Easter break, with the potential for the duration to increase in the future.

Payment for this position will be between £70 and £80 per day depending on experience and qualifications.

You will be working within a large support team to provide excellent educational opportunities for SEND learners.

Working within their specialist staff you will provide caring and nurturing assistance to the class teacher to ensure that the learners havea smooth and enjoyable learning experience.

The school is accessible from Horncastle, Skegness and Boston and is accessible via car. There is parking available for those staff members who do drive. The school is available through most areas of Hull via public transport.

The school is an excellent school where supply staff members are highly valued members of staff. They have a unique ethos which make it extremely enjoyable to work in.

Ideally the school are looking for staff members who have experience working as a teachingassistant before, and a teaching assistant qualification would be ideal.

Experience working with students with additional needs is desirable for this role.

  • Have experience working with young people
  • Has a teaching assistant qualification
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks

  • Legal Right to work in the UK
