Lettings Administrator
Salary:
£22,000pa + 10% bonus
Location:
Salford
A well-established organisation based in Salford are seeking a permanent Lettings Administrator to join their team, working fulltime hours Tuesday
- Saturday or Wednesday
Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with all enquiries relating to property lettings
- Liaising with customers via number of communication channels but mainly via emal
- Managing the applicant database
- Keeping up to date with the lettings and property market
- Providing administrative support to the lettings team
- Ensure each applicant is assessed in line with relevant criteria
- Take payments and process accordingly
- Previous customer service experience from an office based environment
- Experience working within property or lettings would be highly advantageous but not essential
- Well organised
- Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Positive personality
- Good English speaking and writing skills
In return, you will receive:
- Salary of £22,000pa + 10% bonus
- Full time working hours, either Tuesday
- Saturday or Wednesday
