Lettings Administrator

Salary:
£22,000pa + 10% bonus


Location:
Salford

A well-established organisation based in Salford are seeking a permanent Lettings Administrator to join their team, working fulltime hours Tuesday
  • Saturday or Wednesday
- Sunday dependant on your preference. This role is paying a fantastic salary of £22,000pa plus a 10% bonus, with some homeworking after training.


Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing with all enquiries relating to property lettings
  • Liaising with customers via number of communication channels but mainly via emal
  • Managing the applicant database
  • Keeping up to date with the lettings and property market
  • Providing administrative support to the lettings team
  • Ensure each applicant is assessed in line with relevant criteria
  • Take payments and process accordingly
  • Previous customer service experience from an office based environment
  • Experience working within property or lettings would be highly advantageous but not essential
  • Well organised
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
  • Positive personality
  • Good English speaking and writing skills
