Business Administration Level 3 Apprentice:


ITL North East:

£ hours per week


Working week:
Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 5.00pm (30 mins lunch break)


Role and responsibilities:


  • Answering Telephone calls
  • Dealing with general enquiries
  • Booking interpreters for face to face and telephone appointments.
  • Using a database to schedule appointments.
  • General administrative duties such as filing and photocopying when instructed.

Required Skills:


  • Can work well under pressure
