The Role:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with clients via active listening, and asking engaging questions
  • Support our clients in delivering high quality benefits advice
  • Follow AQS (Advice Quality Standards)
  • Dealing with referrals from partner agencies primarily Carer's Matters
  • Liaise with referrers to give back on feedback on cases
  • Keeping systems up to date and accurate at all times
  • Meeting any given targets
  • Responsible for reporting
