A major service provider, whom has a focus or sustainable solutions. The organisation is well known as a provider of energy solutions to reduce carbon footprints. This is an enterprise organisation with a continued focus on cloud solutions.
Role
We are recruiting for a couple of Service Leads to be tasked with implementing service management principles and ensure the service is aligned to the ITIL framework and providing a high performing service.
You will be working closely with senior management to ensure the quality of the services, developing performance reports and resource plans.
You will be providing the ITIL aligned problem, change and knowledge processes. You will have a breadth of knowledge of IT solutions, helping support as the services transition to cloud solutionsKey skills and experience
