Job Description:


We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team as a Care Professional.

Within this role, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help them remain independent in their own home.


The requirements of the role varies from client to client, but you may be required to help with aspects of personal care i.e., toileting, meal preparation, medication prompts, home help i.e., washing, laundry, and general cleaning duties, as well as companionship so accompanying the client to shops, pharmacies and attending social groups and activities.

As a Care Professional you will benefit from:

  • Pay up to £13.20 per hour and double time on Bank Holidays
  • PAID travel, waiting and training time of £10.50 per hour PLUS mileage
  • Minimum ONE-HOUR visits
  • Bespoke PAID training programmes including City and Guilds training in Alzheimer's and Dementia Care and Parkinson's training and End of life training.

Qualifications:


You will not require any experience of working in the care setting or interacting with older people, but it would be desirable if you do.

This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience.

You will need to have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will need to be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will need to enjoy building professional friendships and are comfortable in spending time in the company of others
